Your Migration timeline
We have a greed a migration plan with BT to move your connectivity services from BT to Pelion by August 1st.
Below are key deadlines to keep in mind. We will communicate and given direction on supplying these details in due course.
Sandbox Request 20th June
To access your APN settings, head over to the Subscribers section in the Pelion portal. Click on your SIM to view its record—easy access to everything you need!
Direct Debit Details 25th June
Next, click on the Network tab, where you'll find the essential details: APN name, username, and password. These are the key ingredients for setting up your device and getting connected.
APi Testing Completion July 28th
Before you finish, don’t forget to set your security to PAP or CHAP—this keeps everything secure. And make sure to avoid selecting no security for a smooth, safe connection!

For your security, your SIM has been pre-activated and safely shipped to you. To start using it on the Pelion network, all you need to do is activate the SIM and kick off your subscription. Simply head over to the Activate section in the left navigation and follow the easy instructions—you're just a few clicks away from getting connected!
Enter Your SIM ICCID
Ready to kick things off? Grab the ICCID number printed on the back of your SIM card and enter it to start the activation process.
Choose Your Rate Plan
Next up, select the rate plan that fits your needs. Unsure which one to pick? No worries—just click the (?) next to the tariff name for all the details you need to make the right choice.
Activate Your SIM
Once you’ve made your selection, simply hit next, and bam—you’re all set! Your SIM is officially activated and ready to connect.
