At Pelion, we’re always looking for ways to make managing IoT connectivity effortless for our customers.
This month’s updates are all about helping you get things done more easily – whether that’s logging into the Portal, checking service status, or managing SIMs without needing support.
Here’s what’s new.
You may have already spotted a refreshed login experience when accessing the Pelion Portal.
The new design brings a cleaner, more modern look that better reflects the Pelion brand, while also making everyday tasks easier – including a simpler password recovery process and a more intuitive login experience overall.
This update is the first step in a wider programme of Portal improvements focused on making the platform easier to use, without changing the workflows and functionality customers already rely on.
Over the coming months, we’ll continue introducing updates designed to help you navigate the Portal more quickly and manage your connectivity effortlessly.

We’ve made it quicker and easier to find the Pelion Status Page by adding a direct link within the Pelion Portal.
Previously, customers needed to leave the Portal and navigate to the Pelion website to access service status updates. Now, the Status Page can be accessed directly from within the Portal, making it faster to find important information when you need it.
You can quickly check for active incidents, planned maintenance, or service disruptions without needing to search for the right page separately.
We’ve migrated to a new network solution for TELUS connectivity in the United States, giving customers even greater flexibility and reliability across their IoT deployments.
The update introduces additional network capabilities designed to help maintain consistent connectivity across a wider range of environments and use cases. This helps customers support business-critical devices and services with greater confidence.
We’ve also introduced enhanced security protections to support safe, dependable device communications.
Together, these improvements provide customers with an even more secure and reliable connectivity experience for their connected devices.
Additional UI and navigation improvements
We’ll be rolling out more UI updates to the Pelion Portal in the coming months, including a refreshed Users page.
New Self-Service SIM Terminations
We’ll be introducing a new self-service feature that allows authorised users to terminate SIMs directly within the Pelion Portal – no support ticket required.
