Pelion are a Real Living Wage Employer

Managed Connectivity Provider, Pelion IOT Limited, is proud to become a fully accredited Living Wage Employer!
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on living costs. It is a voluntary rate of pay that meets today’s living costs, not just the recommended government minimum.
It was set up by the Living Wage Foundation, who offer accreditation to employers that pay the independently-calculated Living Wage to all staff in the UK.

Committing to the Real Living Wage is something we’re really proud of and reflects our intentions to our current and future employees”
The real Living Wage is voluntarily paid by nearly over 14,000 UK businesses who, like Pelion, believe their staff deserve a wage that reflects their hard work and meets every day needs.
