Five simple steps sets you up and gets you going.

You set up an account, decide what connectivity you want, have help from us if you need it, and deploy the SIMs we send you. Safe in the knowledge that we can help you connect anything. That’s our promise. We deliver technology to empower you.

Here’s our process in more detail.

1. Request a Pelion Platform Account. 

Our team will take 1-2 working days to set everything up.

They’ll drop you an email as soon as everything’s ready for you.

In the meantime, explore our range of services, including cellular IoT, SIM cards, and IoT eSIMs. While on there, if you have any questions for us, feel free to contact Sales at any time.

Roll on 2 days, and now

2. Your account is ready: An email with your account details should be in your inbox. You can now log into the platform.

3. Explore your requirements: Our team will now be in touch with an invitation to discuss your needs so we can make sure you have the correct solution. Remember we offer a 2-week POC test process. Ask the team about this if you want to learn more.

If you already know exactly what you need, you can skip this step and move straight on to step 4.

4. Order SIMs: Go to SIM Dispatch and make your SIM Selection. Here you can choose from our standard single profile SIMs or futureproofed profile swapping eSIMs.

Once your order is placed, we’ll ship your SIMs directly to your specified address.

5. Get some help: We help our customers achieve the right outcomes. Our deep technical expertise shortens the time to architect the right solution and helps you avoid the common (and less common) pitfalls.
