Embracing 2024

We’re arriving at the end of our financial year, very excited for the journey ahead.

Before we dive in, first a recap on the year that went:

• Pelion platform upgrade: In our relentless pursuit of innovation, we are gearing up for an upgrade to the Pelion platform. This update is designed to enhance performance, introduce new features including easier navigation, updated API features and more – all to help streamline your experience.

• With our Fortune100 customer’s 40% cost reduction as a result of our successful eUICC migration (which is probably the world’s largest non-automotive and consumer example) we have proven that our global eUICC/eSIM solution delivers a futureproof way of managing for cost of ownership and network coverage.

• Finally, last week I attended my 13th Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, and it did not disappoint. Key themes highlighted from this year’s event included:

- The application and integration of generative AI into business strategy.

- The expansion of connected drones and robotics across a variety of use cases from security to customer service and in IoT.

- Advancements in digital twins powered by availability of rich data through the ability of providing ubiquitous connectivity to assets in the field;

- How eUICC-enabled SIMs and eSIMs will be at forefront of delivering robust, sustainable connectivity services as we see the standards advance over the coming years.

The coming year is not just about turning a new page; it’s about setting the stage for some exciting advancements, noteworthy growth, and unparalleled customer experiences.

We are solely focused on providing the world’s best global connectivity services that redefine the standards of security and reliability making our customers well-connected by design.

Augmenting the Team.

We will continue our investment in systems and develop new tooling to make it even easier to engage with a connected environment and we extend those out to our customers as we progress.
